A polished desktop frame is not yet a development-ready handoff. Elementor implementation becomes more predictable when the design explains how content changes, how pages respond and which elements should be reused.
1. Confirm page goals and content
Label every approved page and separate current content from placeholders. Include final navigation labels, button text, form fields and legal links where possible. Realistic content exposes layout problems that short sample text hides.
2. Organize components and styles
Define typography, colors, buttons, form controls, cards and repeated sections as reusable Figma components. Consistent decisions can become Elementor global styles and templates rather than dozens of manual values.
3. Show responsive intent
Provide representative desktop, tablet and mobile frames for important pages. Explain whether columns stack, elements hide, tables scroll and navigation changes. Developers still build fluidly between frames, but clear priorities reduce guessing.
4. Include interaction states
Show menus, dropdowns, accordions, sliders, hover states, errors and success messages. A static screen should be paired with notes about behavior, accessibility and keyboard use.
5. Prepare assets and licenses
Supply appropriate SVG, WebP, PNG or video assets, plus font names and license details. Avoid embedding huge unoptimized imagery in the design file. Confirm which imagery is final and which needs replacement.
6. Agree the comparison process
Decide which browser widths and pages matter most, how feedback will be collected and what counts as an intentional implementation adjustment. Accessibility, performance and dynamic content sometimes justify a measured difference from the source.
